A: Please fill out the preliminary booking form on our website. After submission, you will receive an automated email with detailed instructions. Once the course and schedule are confirmed, you will need to pay a 10% deposit to secure your reservation.
Q2: When should I pay the remaining balance?
A: The remaining 90% will be invoiced 60 days before your check-in date and should be paid online no later than 30 days before check-in. If you need to adjust the payment schedule, please contact us in advance.
Q3: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Yes, rescheduling is free of charge in case of unexpected delays or issues. Please inform us as soon as possible.
2. Accommodation and MealsQ5: Is accommodation provided?
A: Yes. A fully furnished 3DK apartment with utilities included is provided at no additional cost. Each participant has their own private apartment.
Q6: Are meals provided?
A: Lunch is provided free of charge in a family-style setting. Breakfast and dinner are not included, but the apartment is equipped with a kitchen, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Q7: Can I have a guest stay with me?
A: Please consult with us.

A: We offer a variety of courses, including Kizeto, Hikidashi-guro, Ko-sometsuke, ash glaze, and anagama firing. The options available depend on the season and duration of your stay.
Q9: Are the courses suitable for beginners?
A: Yes. Our courses are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced potters.
Q10: Can I focus on a specific technique during the course?
A: Absolutely. Please let us know your preferences during the booking process, and we will tailor the course to your interests.
4. General InformationQ11: How do I get to your location?
A: We provide transportation to and from JR Tajimi Station on your check-in and check-out days. Detailed travel instructions will be sent after your reservation is confirmed.
Q12: What should I bring with me?
A: Please bring comfortable clothing suitable for pottery work, personal toiletries, and any specific tools you prefer to use (optional). All essential materials and tools will be provided.
Q13: Can I ship my finished pottery home?
A: Yes. We can assist with packing and shipping your pottery. Shipping fees are not included in the course price. For example, shipping to the U.S. or Europe costs approximately 20,000 JPY by air or around 10,000 JPY by sea.

- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total fee.
