- January 1–9: New Year Holiday
- January 10–March 8: Regular Retreat Period
- March 9–12: Cleaning and Studio Break
- March 13–April 12: Spring Wood-Fired Kiln Course
- April 13–16: Cleaning and Studio Break
- April 17–May 19: Spring Anagama Course
- May 20–21: Changeover and Studio Preparation
- May 22–July 19: Regular Retreat Period
- July 20–August 20: Summer Break

Scheduling from 2028
From 2028 onward, our pottery retreats will follow a fixed seasonal schedule organised into eight-week session windows.
The Wood-Fired Kiln and Anagama Courses will also be held on their respective fixed dates.
During the published session periods, participants may choose a course lasting between two and five weeks.
For regular courses, check-in and check-out dates will be arranged within the relevant session period according to the selected course length, firing schedule, and accommodation availability.
The Wood-Fired Kiln and Anagama Courses have designated standard check-in and check-out dates. However, participants may shorten their stay as long as it remains within the published course period
